1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in events listed on the Hind Social platform, including the website and all related mobile or software applications ("Platform"), operated by Hind Social Network Private Limited ("Hind Social" / "We" / "Us" / "Our").
By accessing the Platform, registering for an event, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Platform or its services.
These Terms must be read alongside Hind Social's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, these Event Terms shall prevail for matters relating to events.
For the purposes of these Terms:
"You" / "Attendee" — any person who accesses, registers for, or purchases a ticket to an event on the Platform.
"Organiser" — any community, sub-community, group admin, ambassador, or any other entity (including Hind Social where applicable) that creates and lists an event on the Platform.
"Community" / "Sub-community" — a group or collective on the Platform whose members may organise, host, or attend events.
"Event" — any concert, workshop, webinar, meetup, conference, experience, or any other gathering — online or offline — listed on the Platform by an Organiser.
"Ticket" — a digital or physical access token issued upon successful registration or purchase for an Event.
"Restricted Event" — an event whose visibility or access is limited to specific roles or community memberships on the Platform, such as ambassadors, admins, or community members.
2. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is available only to persons who are legally "competent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors (under 18 years of age) may use the Platform only under supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a community or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so and that the entity agrees to be jointly and severally bound by these Terms.
3. Account & registration
Registering for or purchasing tickets to events requires a Hind Social account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and current registration details at all times.
Keep your login credentials secure and not share account access with any third party.
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify Hind Social immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
By registering your mobile number, you consent to be contacted by Hind Social or its authorised partners via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or other electronic means for transactional communications. You may manage notification preferences within your account settings.
4. Nature of the platform & organiser responsibility
Hind Social is a community-driven event platform. Events on the Platform are created and managed by independent Organisers — which may be communities, sub-communities, admins, ambassadors, or other designated roles. Hind Social may also host its own events from time to time, in which case it assumes the role of Organiser for those events.
Hind Social acts solely as a technology intermediary for events organised by third-party Organisers. We do not organise, curate, endorse, or guarantee any third-party event listed on the Platform. All responsibilities for event content, delivery, safety, pricing, and attendee experience rest entirely with the respective Organiser.
Each Organiser is solely responsible for:
The accuracy and completeness of all event listing information — including date, time, venue or virtual access details, description, capacity, pricing, and any entry or eligibility requirements.
Compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws, including those governing public gatherings, venue licensing, and payment collection.
Setting and communicating their own refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies clearly on the Event listing page before tickets are made available.
Managing attendee communications, entry, and any disputes arising from the event.
Event-specific terms and conditions set by the Organiser shall be published on the respective Event listing page. In the event of any conflict between an Organiser's event-specific terms and these Terms, the event-specific terms shall govern matters relating to refunds, cancellations, and attendee experience for that event.
5. Restricted events & access control
Certain events on the Platform may not be visible to or accessible by all users. Organisers have the ability to restrict event visibility and ticket access based on roles and membership within the Platform. The following types of restricted events may exist:
Role-restricted events — events visible only to users holding specific platform roles, such as ambassadors, admins, or other designated titles. If you do not hold the required role, the event will not appear in your feed and you will not be able to register or purchase a ticket.
Community-restricted events — events accessible only to members of a specific community or sub-community on the Platform. Membership in the relevant community is a prerequisite for registration.
Invite-only events — events where access is granted solely at the Organiser's discretion via direct invitation.
Hind Social does not override or circumvent access restrictions set by Organisers. If you believe you have been incorrectly excluded from an event, you must raise the matter directly with the Organiser of that event. Hind Social bears no liability for any user's inability to access a restricted event.
Access to a Restricted Event is not guaranteed solely by holding a particular role or community membership. The Organiser retains the right to further limit access at their discretion, consistent with these Terms and applicable law.
6. Ticket purchase, pricing & payment
All ticket purchases are subject to availability at the time of booking. A completed purchase constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Organiser. Hind Social facilitates this transaction as a technology intermediary and is not a party to the agreement between you and the Organiser.
Payment methods
Hind Social accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and select digital wallets through the payment gateways integrated into the Platform.
Convenience fee
For paid tickets, Hind Social may charge a non-refundable convenience fee disclosed at checkout before you complete your purchase. This fee covers platform and payment processing costs and is separate from the ticket price set by the Organiser.
The convenience fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including where the Attendee initiates a cancellation.
In cases where the Organiser cancels an event entirely, the convenience fee may be refunded at Hind Social's sole discretion.
Hind Social has no control over ticket prices set by Organisers and is not obligated to honour offers or discounts not listed on the Platform.
Booking confirmation
A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address and/or via SMS/WhatsApp upon successful payment.
If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes of payment, contact Hind Social support before re-attempting the purchase. Hind Social is not liable for duplicate purchases made without first verifying the original booking status.
You are limited to the maximum number of tickets per event as specified on the Event listing page.
Hind Social will never ask for your OTP, CVV, PIN, or card number via call, email, or any other channel. Do not share such information with anyone claiming to represent Hind Social. Report suspicious activity to [email protected] immediately.
7. Cancellations, refunds & rescheduling
Hind Social does not set, manage, or guarantee any refund or cancellation policy for third-party organised events. All refund and cancellation decisions — including eligibility, timelines, and amounts — are made solely by the respective Organiser. Hind Social bears no financial liability for refunds on events it does not directly organise.
Organiser-set policies
Before purchasing a ticket, you must review the refund and cancellation policy published by the Organiser on the Event listing page. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the Organiser's policy. Organiser policies may vary significantly across events, including:
Full refunds within a specified window before the event.
Partial refunds (amount determined solely by the Organiser).
Strict no-refund policies on all sales.
Credits or rescheduling options in lieu of a cash refund.
Hind Social's role in refunds
Where an Organiser approves a refund and instructs Hind Social to process it on their behalf, Hind Social will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7–10 working days after Hind Social receives the Organiser's instruction, subject to your bank's processing timelines.
Hind Social does not independently approve, deny, or alter refund decisions made by Organisers. Any dispute regarding refund eligibility or amount must be raised directly with the Organiser.
Event cancellation by organiser
If an Organiser cancels an event, the refund — including its amount and timeline — is governed entirely by the Organiser's policy. Hind Social will communicate the cancellation to registered attendees on a best-effort basis. Hind Social is not liable for any loss arising from an Organiser's decision to cancel, reschedule, or modify an event.
Post-event claims
Any complaint or claim regarding an event that has already taken place — including dissatisfaction with event quality, venue, or experience — must be raised with the Organiser directly. Hind Social may assist in facilitating communication between you and the Organiser but is not liable for the outcome of such disputes.
Circumstances where no refund applies
Tickets purchased outside the Platform through any unauthorised or offline channel.
Failure to attend the event (no-show), unless the Organiser's policy provides otherwise.
Denial of entry due to non-compliance with the Organiser's or venue's entry requirements.
Technical issues on your end (device, connectivity) for online events.
Cancellation requests made outside the Organiser's stated refund window.
8. Tickets — use, transfer & fraud prevention
All tickets purchased through the Platform are issued for the personal use of the registered purchaser. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, gifted, or conveyed to any other person unless the Organiser has explicitly permitted transfers in the Event's terms.
Reselling or scalping tickets — via social media, other platforms, or in person — is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund, account suspension, and legal proceedings.
Offline and unauthorised ticket sources
Hind Social bears absolutely no responsibility or liability for tickets purchased from any source outside the Platform — including tickets sold offline, through unauthorised promoters, via social media, or any third-party marketplace. Such tickets may be fraudulent, invalid, or unverifiable. Purchasing tickets from unauthorised sources is entirely at your own risk. Hind Social will not issue replacements, refunds, or any form of compensation for invalid tickets obtained outside the Platform.
If you encounter anyone selling tickets claiming to be from Hind Social outside the official Platform, report it immediately to [email protected] and consider filing a police complaint at your local station.
9. Entry & event conduct
Offline events
You must present a valid booking confirmation (digital or printed) at the venue. The Organiser or venue may additionally require a government-issued photo ID.
Entry may be refused at the Organiser's or venue's discretion — including for late arrival, intoxication, non-compliance with dress code, safety rules, or exceeding venue capacity. Hind Social is not liable for denial of entry by the Organiser or venue.
Restrictions on outside food, beverages, recording equipment, or other items are set by the Organiser or venue and must be followed.
Online events
Virtual access links are issued only to the registered ticket holder and must not be shared with unregistered individuals.
You are responsible for ensuring a compatible device and stable internet connection prior to the event.
Hind Social is not liable for technical disruptions outside its reasonable control, including third-party platform failures or connectivity issues on your end.
Code of conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward Organisers, performers, staff, and fellow attendees. The following are strictly prohibited at all events on Hind Social:
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour on any ground including religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability.
Unauthorised recording, photography, or live streaming of event content.
Possession or use of prohibited substances or weapons at any venue.
Any conduct that disrupts the event, endangers attendees, or violates applicable law.
Violations may result in removal from the event, cancellation of your ticket without refund, and suspension of your Hind Social account.
10. Ticket delivery
Digital confirmation: Your booking confirmation and ticket will be sent to your registered email and/or via SMS/WhatsApp immediately upon successful payment. Tickets are also accessible in the "My Bookings" section of your Hind Social account.
Physical tickets (where applicable): If the event requires physical tickets, pickup or delivery details will be communicated on the Event page and in your confirmation. Hind Social will not issue duplicate physical tickets if the original is lost, stolen, or damaged such that the QR code or barcode is unscannable.
If you do not receive your confirmation within 30 minutes of payment, contact support before re-attempting purchase. Hind Social is not liable for duplicate purchases made without verifying the original booking.
11. Content & intellectual property
All platform content — including interfaces, graphics, software, logos, and service marks — is the intellectual property of Hind Social Network Private Limited or its licensors. Access to the Platform does not grant any licence to use such content.
Event content — including performances, presentations, artwork, and recordings — belongs to the respective Organiser or rights holders. Attendees may not record, reproduce, or commercially exploit event content without explicit written permission from the rights holder.
By listing an event on the Platform, Organisers grant Hind Social a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display event information and promotional material on the Platform for the purpose of listing and marketing the event.
12. Privacy & data
Your personal data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with Hind Social's Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
Hind Social may share your name, email address, and mobile number with the event Organiser solely for the purpose of event management and entry facilitation.
Organisers may not use attendee data for unsolicited marketing or share it with third parties without explicit attendee consent.
For online events, Hind Social may collect session data (e.g., join time, duration) to improve platform services.
If an Organiser has disclosed that attendees may be photographed or recorded at the event, attending constitutes your consent to such recording and to its use for lawful promotional purposes by the Organiser.
Calls to or from Hind Social support may be recorded for training and quality purposes.
13. Prohibited conduct
In using the Platform, you agree not to:
List fraudulent, misleading, non-existent, or illegal events.
Purchase tickets in bulk for resale or scalping.
Impersonate any person, community, or entity on the Platform.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform.
Collect or store other users' personal data without their consent.
Bypass access controls on Restricted Events through any technical or social means.
Circumvent Hind Social's payment systems by collecting payments outside the Platform.
Upload or share content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that violates applicable Indian law including the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Create, share, or host synthetically generated content (deepfakes, AI-generated audio/video) that falsely depicts real persons or constitutes fraud.
Host events that discriminate on the basis of religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability.
Violations may result in removal of listings, account suspension, forfeiture of organiser payouts, and legal action.
14. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

15. Force majeure
Neither Hind Social nor any Organiser shall be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, infrastructure failures, or acts of God. In such cases, refund and rescheduling decisions remain at the Organiser's sole discretion and are subject to applicable consumer protection laws in India.
16. Termination
Hind Social reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or misuse the platform in a manner that harms other users, Organisers, or the Platform itself. Upon termination, your right to access events or retrieve tickets via the Platform may be revoked.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Your data will thereafter be processed per Hind Social's Privacy Policy.

If the Organiser is unresponsive, you may escalate to Hind Social support, who will facilitate communication on a best-effort basis. Hind Social's decision in such escalations is advisory and does not override the Organiser's policy.
